Criteria for Project Success

GLF will promote those projects, based on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis, which meet our philosophy and selection criteria for project success.

GLF will identify stakeholders and committed champions (e.g., IRS-recognized charities and federal organizations) to move projects forward and support transformative change.

GLF will identify projects that demonstrate important educational and literacy needs.

GLF will accept project descriptions that identify "literacy now" needs. The project description should show champions, a schedule with milestones, budget and expected outcomes.
